I collaborated with the founder, a UI/UX designer, and a product manager to develop Surge, a platform that enhances remote team collaboration through virtual cabins. I led the design across Desktop, Web, and Mobile and actively oversaw development while driving the innovation of new features.
Conducted competitor research to analyse and design features for MVP roadmap
Designed platform assets from zero to one, adopting a lean agile approach to iterate quickly and effectively.
Design lead for releasing Surge MVP; as well as AI agent features for subsequent releases. The latter was a collaboration with the Head of product and Lead Product Manager
